First Erotic Massage: Concerns, Questions and Myths

A first visit to an erotic massage salon is calmer than most people expect. It starts with a short conversation about what you would like and where your boundaries are. Then you take a shower, and the massage takes place in a private room at an unhurried pace. You do not need any experience, and you can change the technique or stop the session at any moment. At Rose & Wine one rule never changes: we do not provide sexual services.

Below are the concerns our guests most often have before their first massage, the myths we hear when people book, and practical tips on how to prepare.

Common concerns before the first visit

“I don’t know how to behave”

There is no etiquette to learn. Your masseuse guides you through the whole visit: she shows you the room and the shower, asks what you would like and tells you how to lie down. All you need to do is say what feels right and what does not.

“I feel self-conscious about my body”

This is one of the most common worries, and it is completely understandable. Our masseuses work with many different people and nobody at the salon judges anyone’s appearance. Fresh towels are waiting in the room, and you agree on how the session will go with your masseuse before it begins.

“I’m worried someone will find out”

Discretion is a priority for us. Sessions take place in private rooms, and to book you only need a first name and a phone number. You can book by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or through the booking form.

“What if my body reacts in a way I don’t expect?”

Bodies respond to touch in many ways – deep relaxation, faster breathing, sometimes emotion or physiological reactions. All of this is natural and nobody at the salon is surprised by it. You do not have to control or explain anything.

“What if something doesn’t feel right?”

Just say so. You can ask for a slower pace, a different technique or a pause, and you can end the session early if you wish. You set your boundaries before the massage and can change them at any time.

Myths about erotic massage

Myth 1: “It’s a sexual service”

No. In a professional salon, erotic massage is a sensual full-body massage built on atmosphere, a slow rhythm and mindful touch. Our terms of service explicitly exclude sexual services, and every session is based on mutual respect and your consent.

Myth 2: “You need experience or knowledge of tantra”

You don’t. Your masseuse will take you through the session step by step. If you are curious about tantra, read our guide what is tantric massage – but it is not needed for a first visit.

Myth 3: “Only one part of the body matters”

A session is a full-body massage: back, shoulders, legs and feet, and in longer packages also hands and head. Gold and Diamond sessions include a hot stone massage. What makes the biggest difference is the slow pace and an hour in which nobody expects anything from you.

Myth 4: “It’s only for singles”

Couples visit us too. Our massage for couples is given by two masseuses at the same time, so you both get a full session together.

Myth 5: “30 minutes is enough for the first time”

A short session is good for a first taste, but real relaxation takes a little time. For a first visit we recommend 60 or 90 minutes – enough time for a conversation, a shower and an unhurried massage.

How to prepare for your first visit

  • Book a time. Call +48 501 705 155 or send a message. If a room is free, we can also see you without a booking.
  • Don’t rush. We are open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., so it is easy to find a time when you are not in a hurry.
  • Avoid a heavy meal right before the massage. It is harder to relax on a full stomach.
  • You don’t need to bring anything. Towels, oils and a shower are waiting for you.
  • Think about your boundaries. You don’t need a list – just tell your masseuse what is fine for you and what is not.
  • Mention any health issues. If you have a medical condition or an injury, or take medication, say so before the session. If in doubt, ask your doctor first.
  • If your plans change, let us know. Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Which massage to choose for the first time

A gentler relaxation massage or a sensual massage in a 60- or 90-minute session works best to start with. Once you feel at ease, you can try tantric massage, nuru or a couples massage. The price depends on the length of the session, not on the type of massage:

Session lengthPrice
30 minutes300 zł (about €70)
60 minutes (Silver)350 zł (about €90)
90 minutes (Gold)500 zł (about €120)
120 minutes (Diamond)650 zł (about €150)

A 4-hand massage starts at 650 zł for 60 minutes, and night-time prices are slightly higher. See the full price list.

Frequently asked questions before a first visit

Is an erotic massage cheating?

That depends on the rules in your relationship, and it is worth talking about with your partner. For many people it is simply a form of relaxation. If you would like to share the experience, choose a massage for couples.

Do I need to undress?

The massage is done with warm oil on the whole body, so you undress before the session. Towels are waiting in the room, and you agree on the scope of the massage with your masseuse before it starts.

Can I stop the massage?

Yes, at any time. You can also ask for a different technique or pace.

Can I come without a booking?

Yes, if a room is available. To be sure of your time slot, it is better to call ahead.

Is the visit discreet?

Yes. Sessions take place in private rooms, and our guests’ privacy is a priority.
