Tantric massage course
The art of mindful touch and deep presence
Tantric massage is a unique way of working with the body, in which mindfulness, breath, energy and consciously building an atmosphere of trust matter most.
During the course you will learn the philosophy of tantric massage, techniques of fluid and mindful touch, the principles of communication, work ethics and the importance of individual boundaries. You will learn how to create a space that supports relaxation and a deeper connection with one’s own body.

Balinese massage course
Exotic tradition, harmony and deep relaxation

Balinese massage uses a variety of pressure techniques, flowing movements and elements of body mobilisation to help release tense muscles and restore a sense of harmony. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage course
Flowing movement, rhythm and whole-body harmony
Lomi Lomi is a traditional art of massage inspired by Hawaiian culture, known for its long, flowing, rhythmic strokes performed, among others, with the forearms.
During the course you will learn the characteristic techniques, working with breath, using your own body weight and creating harmonious massage sequences. You will discover how to link the movements into one flowing ritual that supports deep relaxation and recovery.

Therapeutic massage course
Professional knowledge and mindful work with muscle tension
Therapeutic massage requires knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and the right choice of techniques for the individual needs of the person being massaged.
During the course you will learn the basics of how the muscular system is built and works, classic and deep tissue techniques and the principles of working safely with muscle tension. We pay particular attention to correct technique, ergonomics, indications and contraindications for massage.

Massage courses in Warsaw – frequently asked questions
How much does a massage course at Rose & Wine Massage Academy cost?
Each of the four courses – tantric, Balinese, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and therapeutic – costs from 600 PLN. We will confirm the exact price of your chosen course and date when you sign up.
Do I need any experience to sign up?
No. The courses are designed both for people who are just starting out with massage and for those who want to expand their skills. In a small group, everyone develops at their own pace.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After completing the course you receive a certificate confirming your participation and the skills gained within the course programme.
Does the certificate entitle me to provide therapeutic massage in medical facilities?
No. The Rose & Wine Massage Academy certificate confirms that you have completed the course, but it is not a massage technician diploma. Since 26 March 2024, massage technician (technik masażysta) has been a regulated medical profession in Poland, so massage provided as a healthcare service, e.g. in a medical facility, requires that diploma and an entry in the register. Which massage course should I start with?
